Just to the south of, if not surrounded by, the Sale Lake City airport is the Wingpointe Golf Club. They bill it as "Utah's Links" on their scorecard. Actually its what the folks in Scotland and Ireland would call a parkland course. I call it a pasture course.
The fairways allow for modest fades and draws. You will need to stay in the fairway, as is often the case, to score well. Some of the water holes will require concentration. Bunkers are not in abundance. If noise bothers you the landings and take-offs of all the Delta planes may disturb your game.
I give this course a 6.6 SFG rating. It's challenging, and you will need to be on your game to score well.
